What we collect

Account details (name, mobile number, email), profile information you enter, photographs you upload, payment records, and technical logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To operate the service: to show your profile to other members according to your privacy settings, to rank matches, to send you notifications you have opted into, and to process payments.

Who can see your information

• Your photographs are visible according to your photo privacy setting. Members outside that setting receive a blurred copy of the file.
• Your contact details are visible only according to your contact privacy setting.
• Our moderation team can see profile content in order to review it.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Identity documents

Where you submit an identity document for verification, we record only the document type and the last four characters of the number. The full number is not stored.

Retention

Profile data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, your profile is removed from search immediately and personal data is purged, other than payment records we are required to keep.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data, change your privacy settings, and withdraw notification consent at any time from your account settings.
